Our Service Center offer is built for large projects. Think of it as an in-house agency for your company:

  • You define the type of requests your team can make to Synapsys Digital (within our available services), and the standards for the delivery
  • Your team members use our marketing service portal to raise their requests
  • Our available team members execute the requests within the SLA (standard level agreement)
  • You are charged based on your volume of requests

The advantages of this offer are:

  • All requests are tracked in the marketing service portal (request type, content provided, conversation with requester, delivery, etc.)
  • Industrialized process to cater to large needs
  • Centralized requests reduces risks of inconsistency (corporate strategy, brand image)
